PROLINE PROTECTS AGAINST FOREST FIRES
Warmer temperatures experienced recently during summer months within a number of Countries have witnessed a dramatic increase in forest fires. Installation of one type of Proline sensor cable -not attacked by rodents - at the edge of forests around higher priced domestic properties, nurseries, schools and listed buildings has provided additional protection to residents. With the Proline "system" linked to a sprinkler system and/or metal roller door property protection devices.

All sensor cables are available with "Rilsan" corrosion and abrasion resistant extrusion (Type"N") or Stainless Steel Braid for increased mechanical protection (Type"B").
PRODUCT ACCESSORIES
A full range of in line jointing & end of line termination boxes (IP65) are available - including Eexe specification. Custom designed fixing devices are included within the product range for regular sensor cable support.The thermal stand- off design of the low smoke zero halogen "T" clip eliminates adverse "heat sink" effects on sensor cables. A "quick release" feature allows rapid installation and temporary removal of the sensor cable as /when required (ie during routine site maintenance programmes on the protected risk area) WITHOUT having to also remove the clip.
Retractable cables and Earthing cables - for petro-chemical risk protection are also available upon request.
