Who / What is Proline?
With the majority of Industrial fires being undetected overheat conditions which are allowed to progress to combustion - it makes sense to invest in a fire PREVENTION capability - PROLINE "TH" DIGITAL LINEAR TEMPERATURE SENSING regardless of environmental conditions and length of sensor cable that would be exposed to an overheat condition.
Consider also a system which can be easily integrated into a customer central control panel and which provides ALARM LOCATION together with pre-alarm, ambient temperature rise indication, site programmable multiple alarm outputs, continued detection with break in a cable - PROLINE "TH" DIGITAL LINEAR TEMPERATURE SENSING.
Proline is able to offer fibre optic linear temperature sensing as well as its FM approved and UL listed "digital" LHS but we would advise that - unlike some - the much more costly fibre optic system is recommended only where it can offer financially justified advantages over "digital". For example, does a temperature accuracy of +/- 2C or better and/or 1m spatial resolution offer an end user measureable benefits on overheat and incipient fire detection risks? We'd suggest not when the "digital" linear with ZI optional interface units (features list below) can provide so much at a much lower price and with International certification!
Introduction to PROLINE
PROLINE ....an FM approved, UL listed, Russian Market and Bomba (Malaysia) Certified combined detector and cable which monitors temperature changes at ANY and ALL points along its length and can be installed at the "point of risk" to detect pre-combustion overheat conditions without reliance on any favourable airflows. Alarm temperature operation is NOT reliant upon any minimum length of sensor cable exposure. (Alarm temperature is the same for 1cm exposure as for 2kms length)!
Direct connection to customer central alarm control panel without use of a Proline supplied interface unit or increased signalling capabilities obtained by specifying a ZI interface unit (see below).
